FDIC Makes Public May Enforcement Actions

No Administrative Hearing Scheduled for July 2024

WASHINGTON - The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in May 2024.  There are no administrative hearings scheduled for July 2024.

The FDIC issued 15 orders in May 2024. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of one combined personal consent order and order to pay a civil money penalty (CMP); one combined order of prohibition from further participation, and compromise and waiver of order to pay a CMP; seven consent orders; three CMP orders; two orders terminating consent orders; and one order terminating deposit insurance.
